What are the responsibilities and job description for the Equity Research Analyst - AI Trainer position at AfterQuery Experts?
This is a remote, project-based role for Hedge Fund / Equity Research Professionals with 1–3 years of work experience. You will complete tasks similar to those performed at hedge funds. Work is over the next 2-3 weeks, asynchronous, and assigned on a project-by-project basis, with an expected commitment of 10–20 hours per week for the projects you accept. Responsibilities
- Develop detailed financial models and answer financial questions
- Perform corporate valuations (DCF, LBO, APV)
- Apply complex accounting principles to real-world scenarios (NOLs, DTAs, operating leases, etc.)
- Complete investment banking and private equity style analysis
Required Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in a hedge fund or other equity research position
- Understanding of financial modeling & accounting
