Responsibilities
- Design challenging, realistic model inference, GPU kernels, and ML systems performance tasks drawn from production practice
- Evaluate model responses for correctness, sound reasoning, and subtle failure modes
- Document your reasoning clearly so another engineer can audit the judgement
Required Qualifications
- Professional experience in ML engineering, inference optimization, or systems ML
- Familiarity with GPU execution, kernel-level performance, or serving stacks
- Ability to reason precisely about numerical and performance trade-offs
