We are hiring reliable Rollback Tow Truck Drivers for our Nashville towing operation.
We are looking for drivers who can safely operate a rollback, load and secure vehicles, use a winch, handle roadside situations, and provide professional service to customers.
Responsibilities
- Operate a rollback tow truck safely
- Load, secure, transport, and unload vehicles
- Perform winch-outs and vehicle recoveries
- Respond promptly to dispatched calls
- Complete basic vehicle/tow documentation
- Keep truck and equipment clean and inspected
- Communicate professionally with customers and dispatch
- Be available for scheduled nights/weekends when required
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- Clean/reasonable driving record
- Rollback or towing experience strongly preferred
- Comfortable operating winches, chains, straps, and towing equipment
- Able to safely load disabled and inoperable vehicles
- Dependable transportation and reliable attendance
- Able to pass applicable background/driving-record requirements
- Must meet all Tennessee and Nashville requirements for operating a wrecker
Preferred
- Previous police/rotation towing experience
- Roadside assistance experience
- Accident/recovery experience
- CDL if required for the truck being operated
