Job Summary:
We are seeking a trustworthy, detail-oriented, and hardworking cleaning technician to join our team. As a cleaning technician, you’ll be responsible for cleaning residential homes with care and precision while maintaining a friendly, professional attitude with clients.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general cleaning duties including dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and sanitizing
- Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living spaces according to company standards
- Follow checklists and time guidelines for each home
- Report any issues, damages, or supply shortages to management
- Ensure a respectful, friendly, and professional presence in clients’ homes
Qualifications:
- Prior cleaning experience is preferred but not required—we’re happy to train the right person
- Valid driver’s license, insurance and reliable transportation
- Have a smartphone
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and be on your feet for several hours
- High attention to detail and time management skills
- Trustworthy, reliable, and professional
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
