Responsibilities and services performed:
- Provide styling and blowout services to clients including consultations
- Express trims
- Deep conditioning treatments
- Formal styling
- Express toning and root touch up services
- Brazilian Blowouts
- Custom makeup applications
- Maintain sanitation standards as set by California State Board
- Support front desk supervisory staff in opening and closing procedures
- Assist clients in product selection based on their individual needs
- Participation in ongoing training, development, and professional certifications
Qualifications
- A minimum of three years of hands on styling experience in a professional salon environment
- Active cosmetology license in the state of California
- Availability to work evenings and weekends
- Sales experience
- Must be able to maintain a standing position for the duration of a shift and lift up to 25 lbs
