We are seeking a PC Desktop Support Technician to join our team!
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for client computer hardware and software
- Configure, install, update and maintain computer hardware and software
- Complete computer hardware and software refresh for redeployment of equipment
- Troubleshoot computer peripherals; including but not limited to network printers, local printers, scanners, card readers, speakers, headset, keyboard/mice, wireless keyboards/mice.
- Resolve IT issues for clients via phone, in person, or electronically utilizing Datto RMM.
- Recommend hardware and software improvements to increase end user productivity and experience
- Track customer issues and resolutions in Autotask
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in IT a requirement
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
- Positive and professional demeanor
Salary : $18 - $25
