Key Responsibilities:

1. Personalized Matchmaking:

• Conduct in-depth client consultations to gain insights into individual preferences, values, and relationship goals.
• Utilize advanced matchmaking systems, processes, and personal expertise to orchestrate meaningful connections.
• Source potential matches through targeted recruitment efforts and meticulously vet candidates to ensure compatibility.
• Manage effective client communication, fostering a seamless and positive experience throughout the matchmaking journey.
• Provide continuous support and guidance, adapting to the evolving needs and dynamics of each client's relationship.

2. Dating Coaching:

• Stay current on industry trends and incorporate the latest insights into coaching strategies.
• Execute strategic plans for acquiring clients interested in dating coaching services.
• Offer personalized coaching to clients, assisting them in setting realistic dating goals and navigating the modern dating landscape.
• Provide ongoing support to enhance clients' dating skills, incorporating feedback and adjustments as needed.

3. Online Profile Polish and Management:

• Leverage expertise in managing dating apps on behalf of clients, optimizing profiles, and initiating meaningful connections.
• Stay informed about the latest trends in online dating and implement best practices in profile enhancement.
• Network and recruit clients interested in online profile management, ensuring a strong online presence for effective matchmaking.

4. Sales and Lead/Match Generation:

• Execute strategic plans for acquiring new clients and matches through targeted sales efforts.
• Implement lead generation techniques to expand the client and match base and reach a diverse audience.
• Actively network and participate in recruitment initiatives to grow the matchmaking community.

Requirements:

• Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for creating connections.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Tech-savvy and adaptable to various matchmaking systems.
• Previous experience in matchmaking, counseling, or related fields. Health, wellness, or lifestyle certificates.
• Proven success in sales and lead generation.
