After All Services is growing, and we’re looking for reliable, experienced house cleaners to join our team as independent contractors.
This is not a “show up when you feel like it” role. Our clients count on us, and we’re building a team of people who take pride in their work, communicate clearly, and show up consistently.
If you’re dependable, detail-oriented, and take your work seriously, you’ll do very well here.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Residential cleaning (standard, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out)
- Following detailed cleaning checklists
- Working independently or with a partner
- Communicating with us about job status and any issues
- Representing the company professionally in clients’ homes
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven cleaning experience (required)
- Reliable transportation (required)
- Strong attention to detail
- Consistent communication (this is critical)
- Ability to work efficiently without cutting corners
- Must be dependable — if you commit to a job, you show up
