Our growing business is looking for a skilled problem solver to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. This role will support both our wholesale and e-commerce customers by delivering exceptional services across multiple communication channels including phone, email, chat, and online platforms.
The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with customers, sales representatives, and internal departments to assist with orders, returns, account management, shipment tracking, and general customer inquiries. This position requires someone who can multitask efficiently while maintaining a high level of accuracy, professionalism, and customer satisfaction.
The successful candidate will have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to adapt to a variety of customer needs. Salary : $29 - $30
