We’re looking for a talented Sales & Marketing Manager to join All Lab, a company creating technology solutions that make a real difference. In this role, you will own sales and marketing execution end-to-end, turn strategy into action, and consistently deliver measurable results. At All Lab, we focus on growth, quality, and meaningful impact across all our work.

Key Responsibilities

• Own sales, lead generation, and marketing execution end-to-end

• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify opportunities and continuously optimize marketing initiatives

• Manage all marketing activities including content creation, events, partnerships, and public relations

• Develop and execute practical marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition

• Directly manage creation and localization of content (blog posts, social media, email campaigns, and digital assets)

• Identify and target key customers including research institutions, universities, NGOs, and tech partners

• Generate leads through outreach, partnerships, events, and inbound channels

• Manage the full sales cycle: outreach → demo → follow-up → close

• Build and manage the sales pipeline and CRM

• Manage website content, email campaigns, and social media presence

• Track and report sales and marketing performance weekly

• Collaborate with the CEO/COO on pricing, partnerships, and growth strategy

Requirements

• 3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or growth

• Demonstrated ability to build processes from scratch and prioritize independently

• Strong outbound and inbound lead generation skills

• Ability to sell early-stage, technical, or research-driven products

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Comfortable working remotely and independently

• Results-driven, organized, and accountable
