Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepares business forecast, plans and strategies.
- Determines labor needs to meet goals and customer needs; hires new employees.
- Provides guidance and direction to employees to assist in their professional development.
- Acts as representative for community and public relations activities.
- Conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive with assigned staff.
- Handles discipline/termination of employees as needed in accordance with company policies.
- Coordinates with other support departments such as human resources, finance to ensure successful operations.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
