The Training Specialist is responsible for delivering comprehensive training programs under the National Guard Bureau (NGB) Sexual Assault Prevention and Response (SAPR) educational program.

- Training Development: Create and update SAPR training curricula, Training Support Packages (TSPs), and related materials in compliance with DoD directives.
- Facilitation: Independently design and facilitate SAPR Joint Initial Training events, exercising judgment in adapting content to evolving requirements.
- Logistics Management: Coordinate training venues, agendas, speakers, and material distribution.
- Evaluation: Conduct After-Action Reports, incorporating feedback for continuous improvement.
- Compliance Reporting: Track and report on training participation, D-SAACP certification, and refresher training requirements.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend strategic improvements to program leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- Proficiency in curriculum design and adult learning principles.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, (e.g. PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook, Excel, Word, OneNote).
- Familiarity with DoD SAPR policies and D-SAACP certification requirements.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Common Access Card (CAC).
- Must be a U.S. citizen.
Salary : $65,000 - $70,000
