Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their fueling needs.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
- Upsell additional products such as snacks, beverages, and car care items to enhance the customer experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the gas station, including restocking shelves and managing inventory.
- Supervise daily operations to ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
- Conduct product demonstrations to promote new items or special offers.
- Provide assistance to customers with inquiries or concerns regarding products or services.
- Monitor fuel levels and report any issues with pumps or equipment promptly.
Requirements
- Previous experience in retail sales or grocery store environments is preferred.
- Strong cash handling skills with basic math proficiency for accurate transactions.
- Ability to upsell products effectively while providing excellent customer service.
- Experience with supervising staff is a plus.
- Familiarity with stock management and product demos is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor are essential for interacting with customers.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
