What You Will Do
- Act as a Molton Brown brand ambassador.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Provide expert knowledge on fragrance collections and trends.
- Maintain clean, well-stocked, and visually appealing displays.
- Collaborate with store teams and stay updated on launches and promos.
- Create a luxurious, service-focused experience.
- Prior experience and a successful retail sales background, fragrance preferred.
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Self-motivated, professional, and organized.
- Basic Excel proficiency for submitting invoices.
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
