About the Role
As a Direct Support Staff member, you will work hands-on in our residential homes, supporting youth through daily routines, emotional regulation, life skills development, and structured programming. This role is ideal for individuals who want to make a meaningful impact while working in a supportive, mission-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide daily supervision and support to youth in residential care
- Assist with self-administration of medications (per training and policy)
- Support daily routines including hygiene, meals, school readiness, and activities
- Prepare meals and maintain a clean, safe, and structured home environment
- Transport youth to appointments, school, and approved activities
- Monitor behaviors and document observations accurately and timely
- Support group activities, skill-building exercises, and positive behavior reinforcement
- Respond appropriately to crises and follow safety protocols
- Uphold resident dignity, confidentiality, and trauma-informed care standards
What We’re Looking For
- Compassionate, dependable, and emotionally mature individuals
- Ability to lift 50–75 lbs
- Ability to work day, evening, or overnight shifts
- Valid driver’s license preferred
- Experience in youth care, behavioral health, residential care, or caregiving is a plus
- Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16 – 40 per week
