Responsibilities:
- Negotiate and close sales of various insurance products
- Conduct telemarketing activities to generate leads and follow up on inquiries
- Adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain client confidentiality
- Communicate effectively with clients to assess their insurance needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Handle sales administration tasks efficiently
- Engage in outside sales activities to expand the customer base
- Promote and sell insurance policies to meet sales targets
- Provide exceptional customer service before and after the sale
- Fluent in Spanish is a plus for serving Spanish-speaking clients
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in insurance sales
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals effectively
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and compliance standards
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in sales administration tasks and CRM software
- Prior experience in telemarketing or outside sales is advantageous
