Duties

• Engage in outside sales activities to generate new business opportunities and expand the client base.
• Conduct thorough needs analysis for clients to recommend appropriate insurance products.
• Negotiate policy terms and premiums with clients to ensure mutual satisfaction.
• Provide ongoing support to clients regarding their insurance policies, including benefits administration and claims assistance.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions through effective sales administration.
• Utilize telemarketing techniques to reach potential clients and promote insurance offerings.
• Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and competitor offerings to effectively advise clients.
• Uphold compliance with HIPAA regulations while handling sensitive client information.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service.
• Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are highly desirable for serving diverse clientele.
• Proficient analytical skills to assess client needs and recommend suitable solutions.
• Experience in sales is advantageous.
• A strong understanding of marketing principles as they relate to insurance products is beneficial.
