As a Benefits Advisor, you can utilize your strengths and our Top-Tier company training system to:

• Manage a Business-to-Business consultative sales position
• Establish new relationships with companies and organizations through networking and marketing campaigns
• Meet with business owners to identify the prospective client’s company needs, growth strategy and discuss implementation of our business solutions
• Provide continuous, excellent customer service to Businesses and Policyholders
• Manage and perform open enrollments and customer service
