Enrollment Specialist

We are seeking to bring on 3 new motivated individuals to our team.

We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Enrollment Specialist to join our Aflac team and support the growth of our client base and community outreach efforts. This role plays an important part in educating individuals and businesses about Aflac’s supplemental insurance products, guiding them through the enrollment process, and ensuring they feel confident in their coverage decisions. As an Enrollment Specialist, you will serve as a trusted resource, using strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills to connect with clients and drive enrollments. Your positive energy and professionalism will help build trust, strengthen partnerships, and expand awareness of Aflac’s benefits within the community.

$3,000-$4,000 Bonus Potential alone in First 3 Months

No prior experience is required — candidates from all professional backgrounds are encouraged to apply. Comprehensive training is provided through our Aflac Sales Academy, a nationally recognized development program. In addition, we cover the cost of your licensing course.
