Role responsibilities:
• Conduct virtual and on-site presentations to position the value of Aflac’s products and services.
• Educate employees on available benefits packages and support their enrollment.
• Provide ongoing enrollment and claims support to existing clients.
• Identify and propose additional services to existing clients.
• Generate new business opportunities through referrals.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory guidelines and monitor internal deadlines to ensure they are met.
Qualifications:
• Health and/or life insurance license required or the ability to get licensed within a short timeframe.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated and results-driven.
• Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States without need of a current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.
