What You’ll Do:
• Partner with local employers to identify needs and recommend Aflac benefit solutions.
• Develop new business through company-provided leads, networking, and referrals.
• Conduct engaging presentations and benefit enrollments in-person and virtually.
• Deliver exceptional service and claims support to new and existing policyholders.
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and mentorship opportunities.
What You’ll Bring:
• A confident, self-motivated approach and a strong work ethic.
• Prior sales experience is a plus but not required.
• Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship.
