About Us

Aflac plays a vital role in helping people when they need it most — when they’re injured or ill. Unlike major medical insurance, Aflac pays policyholders directly (unless otherwise assigned), giving them added financial security and peace of mind during recovery.

Our local North Louisiana team combines the strength of a national brand with a supportive, family-oriented culture. We work primarily in a business-to-business environment (Monday–Friday) to help companies enhance their employee benefit programs while maintaining a strong focus on work-life balance.

Role Responsibilities:

• Partner with CEOs, business owners, and HR managers to provide benefit solutions.
• Generate new business opportunities through leads, networking, and referrals.
• Conduct engaging presentations and employee enrollments in person and virtually.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and claims support to policyholders.
• Participate in ongoing training, team meetings, and mentorship programs.

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Willingness to obtain a health and life insurance license (required).
• Background check required.
• Strong communication and time management skills (preferred).
• Customer service or sales experience a plus, however not required.
