Job Description:
Are you an experienced, licensed Life & Health Insurance agent looking for a rewarding career with residual income potential and a flexible hybrid work schedule? Join our dynamic Aflac team in Rancho Cucamonga, where you’ll have the opportunity to grow your book of business, serve small business clients, and enjoy a supportive, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sell Life, Health, and Accident insurance products tailored to individual and small business clients
- Build and manage your own book of business with a strong focus on long-term client relationships
- Generate residual income through ongoing client policy renewals and referrals
- Work in the office 3 days per week (Rancho Cucamonga location) and remotely 2 days per week
- Provide excellent customer service and ongoing policy support to ensure client satisfaction
- Collaborate with team members and leadership to meet sales goals and agency growth targets
- Stay current with industry regulations and company policies
Ideal Candidate:
- Holds a valid Life & Health Insurance license
- Proven track record in insurance sales, preferably with small business experience
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to build and grow a sustainable book of business
- Comfortable commuting to our Rancho Cucamonga office 3 days a week
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Proficient with CRM tools and technology
- Committed to ethical sales practices and professional development
