Responsibilities:
- Sell various types of insurance policies to individuals and businesses
- Develop and maintain client relationships

- Communicate effectively with clients to explain policy details, coverage options, and premium payments
- Utilize telemarketing and outside sales techniques to generate leads and expand client base
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the insurance industry
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Fluency in Spanish or other languages is a plus (multilingual or bilingual)
- Ability to analyze clients' needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions
- Excellent negotiation skills to secure favorable terms for clients
- Proficient in sales administration tasks, including application processing and claims handling
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet sales targets
- Valid insurance license or willingness to obtain one
