Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in NY, for a Benefits Advisor. The Benefits Advisor will be responsible for building relationships with businesses, assisting them in identifying benefits needs, providing expert insurance solutions, and educating employees on available offerings. Daily tasks include client outreach, conducting presentations, delivering excellent customer service, and meeting your personal goals. In addition, they will stay informed about industry trends and regulations, and participate in ongoing training to improve their consultative skills.
