Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid or remote role for an Implementation Manager.. The Implementation Manager will be responsible for overseeing the successful onboarding and implementation of services for clients. The role includes managing project plans, coordinating with internal teams and external clients, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless transition experience. The Implementation Manager will also provide process improvements, monitor implementation timelines, and maintain communication with stakeholders to meet project goals and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Project management and implementation skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills
• Problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills
• Proficiency with relevant project management tools and software
• Experience in managing cross-functional teams and client engagement
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with high attention to detail
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; equivalent experience may be considered
• Experience in insurance, healthcare, or corporate benefits industry is a plus
