What Does this position Look Like?
- It starts with training. We will work with you to get the study materials you need to pass your insurance exam!
- Network with business and individuals generating your own leads, creating new opportunities for yourself and Aflac. You'll work with a mentor before we set you on on your own!
- Connect with employees and cliental on a personal level, initialing possible life long bonds.
- Learn adaptive skills to individualistic behaviors with buyers, overcoming common sales obstacles and pain points.
- Support In-person and virtual sales presentations to local business owners.
- Provide distinguishable customer service, enrolling claims for employers/employees to support new and existing policyholders.
- Flexible work schedule to accommodate your lifestyle.
