Role responsibilities
- Train and develop team members
- Maintain and help grow existing client relationships
- Generate new business through referrals, networking and prospecting
- Deliver on-site presentations to employers, showcasing the value of Aflac’s solutions
- Educate employees on available benefits packages and support enrollment needs
- Provide ongoing enrollment, claims and service support to help ensure an exceptional client experience
- Host and participate in team meetings and ongoing training to continuously grow skills
What makes you a great fit
- Health and/or life insurance license required
- Proven experience in sales or insurance industry
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated and results driven

- Must be at least 18 years old and pass a criminal background check
