The Business Operations Intern will support strategic and operational projects across the Data Center Business Unit, including initiatives coordinated through the Chief of Staff organization. This role will provide exposure to business operations, reporting, project coordination, and leadership support within a global technology business. The intern will assist with data analysis, reporting, meeting preparation, project tracking, and cross-functional coordination to enable operational excellence and strategic alignment across the business.
Responsibilities
- Support preparation of business reviews, town halls, leadership meetings, and operational cadences.
- Assist with data analysis, KPI tracking, and dashboard maintenance (Excel, Power BI).
- Help gather inputs, organize information, and prepare materials for strategic initiatives.
- Support cross-functional coordination with engineering, operations, product, and go-to-market teams by helping organize inputs, notes, follow-ups, and status updates.
- Assist in tracking project timelines, risks, and deliverables for operational and strategic programs under the guidance of business leaders.
- Maintain documentation, action logs, and reporting repositories for leadership visibility.
- Assist with preparing presentation materials, templates, and meeting summaries for the Chief of Staff office.
- Conduct research and analysis to support recommendations for process improvements and organizational efficiency.
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Analytical thinker with attention to detail.
- Collaborative, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

- Minimum 3.0 GPA.
- Completion of sophomore or junior year in a business, analytics, operations, or related program preferred.
- Experience with Microsoft Excel; Power BI or PowerPoint experience preferred.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Interest in strategy, business operations, or technology environments.
- Japanese language proficiency (verbal and written) a plus for collaborating with international stakeholders.
