Essential Functions/Responsibilities of the Position:
- Master installation and maintenance of R.J. Watson products.
- Rapidly adapt to evolving priorities and environments.
- Develop strong relationships with customers.
- Uphold the company's professional image during client interactions.
- Coordinate effectively with various stakeholders to arrange field service appointments.
- Manage travel logistics, including flights, car rentals, and accommodations.
- Travel frequently, up to 60% of the time, often on short notice.
- Work unconventional hours, as contractors often operate overnight.
- Adjust plans in response to weather conditions, maintaining clear communication with clients.
- Complete detailed field reports with photographs within 1-3 days post-service.
- Support the sales team with product development, administrative tasks, and other duties when not traveling.
- EDUCATION: High school diploma or equivalent required. Two-year technical degree preferred.
- EXPERIENCE (Years): Entry Level
- SKILLS:
- Time management.
- Basic Microsoft Office.
- Leadership and directive abilities.
- Problem-solving and critical thinking.
- Basic hand tools proficiency.
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
