Creator Content Coach

At Brisby Media, we build and run creator communities for high-performing D2C brands in the US. We find the creators, train them, get them posting every day, and turn their winning videos into sales on TikTok Shop, Amazon and Meta. Our first community took a brand from $371K to $952K in GMV in 6 months. Our newest launched a product from $0 to $20K days. We only take brands we can scale to $1M a month.

We are looking for a Creator Coach to join our team. You will train up our creators, pour into them, and change their lives: they make a lot of money, the brand makes a lot of money, and so do you!

Today we have about 100 creators posting daily across our brands. By 31 January 2027 we want 1000. This is not a maintenance role. You will take a creator from their first post to their first viral and their first sale, hundreds of times, using the training system we give you and the one you bring. Ramon Van Meer, our chairman, calls the creator coach the hardest hire in his whole company: you have to be the brand's customer, and you have to know why a video works.

• You decide. Feedback, tiers, who gets private inspo, what goes in the weekly call. 

• You see everything. The daily virals feed, the inspo library, and real sales per creator, every day.

• Direct mentorship from the founder. Weekly calls with Shah, who built and ran the creator teams behind Serene Herbs, Rosabella and Raycon.

• A clear next chapter. The best coach becomes Head of Coaching when there are 4 coaches.

• Coach 30 to 90 creators across 2 to 3 brands, daily, in the brand's Discord.

• Write 1 feedback a day to each creator on the brand's format: hook, caption, pacing, light, CTA.

• Drop inspo every 2 days: the hook, why it worked, what to watch, the link.

• Run one weekly group call per brand: account reviews, inspo, new scripts.

• Report daily in the AM and weekly in calls: who posted, who moved tiers, what won.

• You have made short-form content that performed, or coached people who did. Show us.

• Honest without being cruel. People want your feedback.

• Consistent. 7 days a week, 2 to 3 hours a day per brand, every brand.

• Camera literate. iPhone, light, framing, sound.

• AI native. You use AI every day to write faster, review faster and find angles.

• Low ego, high output. Comfortable with ownership and a public scoreboard.

• Excellent written and spoken English.

• You have gone viral on TikTok Shop.

• You have worked with D2C brands as a creator coach or creator manager.

• You have generated over 50 million views yourself.

• You have sold a product on camera.

• You have run a creator community or Discord.
