You’ll be responsible for shaping how AFIMAC is seen across our target verticals and helping companies solve critical workforce and continuity challenges. Your creativity and rigorous execution in demand and lead generation, sales enablement, and conferences will translate directly into measurable revenue impact.


You won’t just build campaigns—you’ll help shape how the industry views AFIMAC Global and help lead us to our next level of growth.


Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Demand Creation

  • Own demand generation across social, paid, web, email, and ABM campaigns to deliver a 25% YoY increase in Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs).
  • Improve lead-to-opportunity conversion rates by 15% through messaging that is aligned to the needs and challenges of our different verticals.
  • Partner with Sales to ensure 70–80% of leads progress to meaningful sales conversations.

Sales Enablement

  • Create high-impact presentation decks, playbooks, case studies, and sales tools that improve close rates by 10–15%.
  • Launch digital content libraries and training programs that shorten sales ramp-up time by 20%.
  • Partner with Sales leadership to measure the usage and effectiveness of enablement assets.

Conferences & Events

  • Drive AFIMAC’s presence at industry conferences with strategies that deliver 20–30% lead growth per event.
  • Develop lead capture and follow-up systems that ensure 80% of event leads are engaged post-event.
  • Track and optimize event ROI, with a target of achieving 3–5x return on spend.

Content & Messaging

  • To make demand creation and lead generation efforts effective, ensure the creation of clear and differentiated messaging, aligned to different verticals.
  • Create a compelling content strategy that will fuel nurture funnels.

Leadership & Strategy

  • Manage the marketing budget with a goal of achieving strong ROI across campaigns.
  • Contribute to company strategy with customer and market insights gained through the campaigns you run, the work you do with sales, and conferences you attend.


What You Bring

  • 8 years in B2B marketing leadership, ideally in contingent labor, staffing, or professional services.
  • Proven track record of delivering measurable results, including pipeline contribution, lead conversion rates, and sales cycle reduction.
  • Strong grasp of funnel analytics, lead scoring, and attribution models to track campaign impact.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automations platforms. (Experience in MS Dynamics and Hubspot is a plus.)
  • Experience executing ABM campaigns and aligning with sales on target accounts.
  • Outstanding presentation, storytelling, and persuasive communication skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to tie marketing strategy directly to revenue growth.
