AFI is searching for a SOUTH CAROLINA LICENSED BROKER to serve as the Designated Broker for AFI, a growing Multifamily Property Services company. This role will need to have prior broker experience in the state of SC and have an understanding of South Carolina Real Estate rules and regulations.
This will be a contract-based position with further opportunities to be determined based on success of initial responsibilities.
The responsibilities that are listed below are not all inclusive; however, they are indicative of the type of responsibilities normally performed by a member of the Business Development Team:
JOB DUTIES
- Serve as AFI's Designated Broker.
- Maintain all state licensing requirements related to the South Carolina brokerage.
- Collaborate with AFI Leadership to ensure the Designated Broker and the Brokerage are maintaining all South Carolina state filing requirements.
- Be apprised of AFI's business practices as required to ensure compliance with South Carolina Brokerage laws.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Must hold an active South Carolina Broker License
- Minimum 5 years experience in Real Estate
- Positive attitude with strong teamwork skills
- College degree preferred
- Must provide list of 2-3 professional references
