Duties
- Manage data entry tasks related to accounts receivable and payable, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Utilize accounting software such as Sage and Netsuite to process invoices, payments, and financial transactions.
- Maintain organized filing systems for financial documents, receipts, and vendor records.
- Handle front desk responsibilities including greeting visitors professionally.
- Prepare spreadsheets and reports using Microsoft Office tools for financial analysis and record keeping.
- Perform clerical duties including proofreading documents, managing correspondence, and maintaining office supplies.
- Support bookkeeping activities by reconciling accounts, verifying transactions, and ensuring data accuracy.
- Contribute to team efforts by providing administrative support and managing time-sensitive tasks efficiently.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with a focus on accounting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent math skills and strong attention to detail.
- Strong computer skills including data entry, spreadsheet management, and document processing.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Previous experience in clerical work or front desk operations is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple responsibilities while maintaining attention to detail.
- Knowledge of general bookkeeping practices and basic accounting principles.
- Minimum of Associates degree in Accounting or equivalent proven work experience
