Job Overview
AFG Distribution is seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Operations Picker to join our Wholesale Picking Department. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in accuracy and efficiency.
The shift hours are Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:00pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and prepare orders for shipment
- Maintain organization and cleanliness in the warehouse
- Safely operate ladders and handle inventory at varying heights
- Lift and move products weighing 50 lbs or more
- Work efficiently to meet daily productivity goals
- Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Comfortable with heavy lifting (50 lbs) and using tall ladders
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to pass a background check
Pay: From $17.50 per hour
