FIELD & SERVICE DUTIES:
- Perform basic water testing and help homeowners resolve water quality issues
- Install, service, and repair water softeners, iron filters, and reverse osmosis systems
- Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing and water treatment equipment issues
- Recommend system improvements or replacements when appropriate
- Ensure all work meets safety standards and local codes
CUSTOMER & SALES SUPPORT:
- Explain system operation, maintenance, and service options to customers
- Complete service documentation using mobile device
GENERAL DUTIES:
- Maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment
- Follow safety protocols and company standards
- Work independently and as part of a team
- Provide reliable, professional service on every job
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Comfortable working in basements, mechanical rooms, and confined spaces
- Ability to lift equipment and navigate stairs
- Experience in home services, plumbing, or mechanical installation
