Sales Associate – Used Car Dealership
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate is friendly, professional, and enjoys helping customers find the right vehicle to fit their needs and budget.
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to phone, email, text, and online sales leads.
- Greet customers as they arrive at the dealership and provide a welcoming experience.
- Assist customers in finding the vehicle that best fits their needs and preferences.
- Conduct vehicle walkarounds and accompany customers on test drives.
- Answer questions about vehicle features, financing options, warranties, and the buying process.
- Guide customers through the sales process from the initial greeting to the final delivery of their vehicle.
- Maintain a clean and organized showroom and vehicle display.
- Work closely with the sales team, finance department, and service department to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Build lasting relationships with customers through excellent service and follow-up.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Positive attitude and professional appearance.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
- Sales experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
