Job Title: Experienced Tire Technician & Sales Representative (Outdoor Role)

Position Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Tire Technician / Sales Representative to handle tire services and assist customers. This is a hands-on outdoor position that requires physical stamina, technical skill, and a strong sales mindset.
Schedule:
- Thursday – Sunday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (32 hours per week)
- Must be available to work weekends, including Sundays.
Key Responsibilities:
- Mounting, balancing, and rotating tires
- Testing and inspecting tires
- Providing excellent customer service and product recommendations
- Driving sales through knowledgeable interactions with customers
- Maintaining a clean and safe work area
- Working proactively in a fast-paced environment
Requirements:
- Minimum 2–4 years of professional experience as a tire technician or in a similar role
- Ability to lift 100–150 lbs consistently
- Comfort working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Strong customer service and sales skills
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Ability to work at a fast pace while maintaining high quality standards
- Proactive attitude and strong work ethic
