Job Description: Resident manager will oversee the smooth running of activities on an Extended Stay property. Resident manager will implement marketing and advertising of property vacancies to attract guest. Responsible for appropriate nightly/weekly rates and collecting guest payment. Oversee the regular maintenance and repair of facilities to ensure utility needs of guest are met. Carry out various financial obligations, such as Direct Billing, Invoicing, and compiling of expenditures in product inventory controls. Oversee the hiring and training of housekeeping/ maintenance staff/contractors. Monitor property activities and implement precautionary measures. Enforce occupancy policies and regulations necessary to maintain order within property premises. Carry out inspection of guest suites. Maintain a thorough knowledge of extended stay property and housing laws and employ this knowledge in performing job duties. Keep accurate records of property revenue and expenditures.
