Looking for a Resident Manager for our 29 unit extended stay type hotel. Must live on site, 1 bedroom Apartment provided, utilities included. The following is a job description: Staffing the front office M-F from 8:AM to 7:PM, Saturdays 8:AM to Noon, collection of payment from guests, processing of accounts payable, responsible for ensuring property is clean and well maintained, supervision over 2 associates and payroll. Resident Manager is responsible for making sales calls, maintaining existing business relationships, community involvement and growing hotel revenues. Job Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Must have experience in a leadership role and managing a team. Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation Must be available to work extended hours, nights and weekends. Basic computer skills a must. Must have strong analytical skills and decision-making ability. Must be able to work independently and multi-task, prioritizing as appropriate. Must have effective oral and written communication skills.
