Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including guest rooms, hallways, and common areas.
- Dust, vacuum, and mop floors to maintain cleanliness and hygiene.
- Change bed linens, towels, and other linens as needed.
- Clean bathrooms, ensuring all fixtures are sanitized and well-maintained.
- Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, and cleaning materials.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Adhere to all safety protocols while using cleaning equipment and chemicals.
- Assist in special cleaning projects as directed by housekeeping management.
Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality or industrial cleaning is preferred but not mandatory.
- Knowledge of floor care techniques and housekeeping management practices is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high cleanliness standards.
- Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within designated time frames.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
