The Role - Hybrid Setter/Qualifier

What You'll Do:

• Knock 40-60 doors daily in targeted neighborhoods with storm damage
• Conduct visual roof inspections and document damage with photos
• Educate homeowners on insurance coverage for roof replacement
• Secure signed contingency agreements (carbon copy forms)
• Schedule appointments with our insurance specialist who handles claims

You qualify the lead. Our specialists close the deal.

Compensation - Quality Over Quantity

$200 per verified qualified appointment

Verified = All of these:

• Signed contingency agreement submitted
• Damage photos documented
• Homeowner showed up to appointment
• Insurance specialist confirms viable claim

Bonuses:

• $25 quality bonus per appointment (80% show rate)
• $200 weekly volume bonus (10 verified in one week)
• $500 monthly conversion bonus (50% close rate)
• Storm surge incentives during peak seasons

Payment: Bi-weekly direct deposit

Realistic Monthly Earnings:

• Month 1: $2,000-$2,400 (learning)
• Month 2-3: $4,000-$6,000 (production)
• Month 4 : $6,000-$10,000 (elite performance)

Requirements

MUST HAVE:

• Proven door-to-door sales experience with verifiable track record
• History of hitting/exceeding quotas
• Strong communication and objection handling skills
• Self-motivated and disciplined
• Reliable transportation and smartphone (for photos)
• Comfortable walking 5-10 miles daily
• High school diploma or equivalent

PREFERRED:

• Construction/roofing/home improvement experience
• Insurance restoration knowledge
• High-ticket sales background
