Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and knowledgeable Exterior Repair Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in roof repairs, siding repairs, gutter systems, fascia, and soffit repairs. This role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to diagnose issues accurately and complete repairs efficiently and safely.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform residential and light commercial roof repairs, including shingle replacement, flashing repair, leak detection, and minor structural repairs.
- Conduct siding repairs, including vinyl, wood, fiber cement, or composite siding replacement and patchwork.
- Repair and replace gutters and downspouts, ensuring proper drainage and water flow.
- Install and repair fascia and soffit systems, including identifying and correcting water damage or ventilation issues.
- Inspect properties to assess damage and recommend appropriate repair solutions.
- Identify underlying structural or moisture-related issues before completing repairs.
- Follow all safety protocols, including ladder safety and fall protection.
- Maintain clean and organized job sites.
- Communicate clearly with supervisors and team members regarding project timelines and material needs.
- Provide excellent customer service while on job sites.
- Document completed work and report any additional findings.
Required Qualifications
To meet our expectations, candidates must have:
- Proven experience in roof repairs (minimum 2–3 years preferred).
- Hands-on experience repairing and installing siding, gutters, fascia, and soffit systems.
- Strong understanding of roofing systems, flashing techniques, ventilation systems, and exterior water management.
- Ability to diagnose leaks and structural issues accurately.
- Experience using hand and power tools safely and effectively.
- Ability to read and interpret basic blueprints or work orders.
- Knowledge of building codes and safety standards related to exterior repairs.
- Ability to work at heights and in varying weather conditions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality.
Preferred Qualifications
- OSHA safety certification.(optional)
- Experience with multiple roofing materials (asphalt shingles, metal roofing, etc.).
- Bilingual communication skills (if applicable to your customer base).
- Experience leading small crews or working independently on repair projects.
