Our team is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced, motivated Customer Service Representative / Dispatcher to help us continue delivering 5-star service to our customers.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally
- Schedule and dispatch service calls to technicians efficiently
- Maintain a full call board through both inbound and outbound calls
- Provide accurate information about our plumbing, heating, and air services
- Record customer information and job details accurately in our system
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction after service
- Resolve customer issues courteously and quickly
- Process orders, forms, and service requests in a timely manner
- Collaborate with technicians and management to ensure smooth daily operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience (dispatching experience preferred)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Comfort using computer software for scheduling and data entry
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset

Schedule
- Monday – Friday

- In-person at our Fairhope, AL office
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
