- Manage inventory, scheduling, and workflow efficiency
- Track financial performance and clinic KPIs
- Recruit, train, and retain top talent

- 2 years of leadership or management experience in veterinary, healthcare, or customer service
- Veterinary technician experience strongly preferred
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficient with practice management software and basic financial reporting
- Ability to multitask and lead with empathy, accountability, and confidence
