Responsibilities
- Provide top notch Training and Crew leadership
- Best customer service as you safely move, pack and unpack customer belongings
- Greet customer upon arrival, make a positive first impression (smile, handshake, positive attitude), and complete a walk-through of the premises
- Communicate professionally in English, both verbally and in writing
- Organizational skills a plus!! As the Crew leader, trainer, drivers are responsible for safely driving truck and trailer, keeping up with equipment and supplies.
- Daily: Trainers, Crew leader will train co-workers with truck check out / in inspections, including supply and equipment inventory and provide skill building, efficiency techniques, compliant with company standards.
- Responsible for Accurately completing paperwork and payment collection
- Experience in general labor, warehouse, construction, landscaping, operations, fleet or transportation helpful!
Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age to qualify to be a driver
- Valid driver's license and good driving record required
- Minium Education: High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be willing to submit to pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent skills in training movers to safely move items and secure items during the moving process.
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Good hand-eye coordination
- Strong logic and math skills
- Ability to communicate and train standard moving practices set by the company
- Ability to lift heavy items (100 lbs. or more) repeatedly while climbing, balancing, etc.
- Experience as a mover, truck driver, general laborer, construction worker or warehouse worker helpful!
