Position Title: Maintenance Apprentice Worker – 3rd Shift
Department: Maintenance
Reports To: Chris Phelps
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Shift: 3rd Shift (Overnight Hours)
Function:
Provide maintenance support for the start-up, operation, and upkeep of buildings and equipment to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient performance.
Responsibilities:

Perform routine preventive maintenance on a variety of equipment.

Repair powered hand tools.

Conduct equipment and building repairs or modifications as needed.

Assist with troubleshooting malfunctioning equipment.

Carry out basic facility maintenance, including sheetrock, plumbing, and pneumatic systems.
Requirements:

Mechanically inclined with the ability to troubleshoot basic mechanical and pneumatic equipment.

Knowledge of basic electrical systems preferred; competency with a multi-meter is a plus.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Skilled trades education and/or hands-on maintenance experience preferred.

Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Bilingual language skills are a plus.
