Inventory Control Technician

POSITION TITLE:          Inventory Control Technician

REPORTS TO:           Roberto Rodriguez

FUNCTION:
Responsible for managing inventory, ensuring accurate documentation, and supporting production through material movement and machine operation. Maintains a focus on safety, accuracy, and teamwork.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
•    Track and maintain accurate records of inventory, including components, bulks, labels, and finished products
•    Produce weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports to reconcile purchases versus receipts
•    Present inventory findings for senior management
•    Safely and accurately move materials using pallet jacks and other material handling equipment
•    Verify incoming materials against work order/job information
•    Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free workspace
 

REQUIREMENTS:

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

• Willingness to work overtime as needed

• Self-motivated and proactive

• Comfortable using inventory software and Microsoft Office tools
