**Responsibilities**

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including prospecting and building relationships with potential clients.
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues promptly.
- Conduct sales calls, meetings, and presentations to promote insurance products and services.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales, and policy renewals.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and regulatory changes to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Ensure HIPAA compliance in the handling of client data and sensitive information.
- Provide bilingual support to a diverse client base.
- Administer benefits and assist with claims processing.

**Requirements**

- No salray/Full Comission
- Proven experience in insurance sales or a related field.

- Knowledge of insurance products, including auto, home, and health insurance.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a relevant field preferred.

- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and benefits administration processes.
- Prior experience in retail sales or a similar industry is an asset.
