The Project-Based Voucher (PBV) and Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) waitlists for select communities will open at 9 a.m. on Tuesday, July 28, 2026, and close at 4 p.m. on Monday, August 3, 2026. Applications will be accepted online only, and duplicate applications will not be accepted. Available communities include Cottage Bridge Midrise (senior or disabled), Franklin Arms Midrise (age 55 ), Diggs Town Phase I, Grandy Revitalization and Grandy VI (employment eligibility), Grandy V, and North Wellington.
